Via Livini

Description

Via Livini is the renovation of a residential building in the historic urban fabric, currently undergoing a complete refurbishment. The works include seismic and energy upgrading of the building, rebuilding the facade with mineral plasters in traditional tones and replacing all the windows. The resulting five apartments are designed to maximise natural light, with new loggias, kitchens open to the living area and understated timber and resin finishes. The ground floor houses private storage rooms and a bicycle space.
